Real Love flowers more rarely the century plant, for it grows within the desert of the heart.
Dead to adulation, insensible to care, numb to gratitude, only perfect Stillness waters It.
Love gives All to all, holding nothing, expecting nothing. It hears only “Amen.”
Real Love rouses all to the Dream–or from it. In the meantime, It hides openly, brooding over the Egg of centuries and millennia, Mother of Itself alone.
Love only Loves.
